Machine operation
Learn part loading and unloading, basic operation and post-machining checks.
Setup and machining
Prepare tools and materials, and learn how to set up machines.

- Position
- Manufacturing operator, full-time employee. Beginners welcome; manufacturing experience considered favorably.
- Salary
- JPY 242,000–300,000 per month, according to experience and ability. Annual salary review; bonuses twice yearly; skill, position, qualification and commuting allowances.
- Fixed overtime
- 6 hours per month for employees without a supervisory role; 36 hours for role holders. Applicable terms and amounts must be confirmed when applying.
- Working hours
- 08:30–17:30. Breaks: 12:00–13:00 and 15:00–15:10.
- Holidays
- 120 days off per year, plus annual paid leave. Golden Week, summer and year-end / New Year holidays.
- Workplace
- Togasaki head office or Takasu factory, based on ability and preferences. Car and motorcycle commuting and parking available.
- Benefits
- Social insurance, uniforms, health checks, qualification cost support, e-learning, hotel and leisure discounts, and a subsidy for contracted boxed lunches.
- Probation
- Three months; the published listing states the same conditions as regular employment.
